When using a credit or debit card, a processing fee smaller than a dollar amount may be charged in order to make sure that the account is active.
We refund this processing fee immediately, however, it may take a few days up to few weeks for it to appear on your transaction history. This fee will not be charged even if your credit card payment is due while the refund transaction has not appeared on your transaction.
